We have 5 guest rooms available including double, twin, single and family rooms. Our guest rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. All rooms have bright and fresh en-suite shower rooms. The en-suites in our larger rooms have just been refurbished with a contemporary style and spacious modern showers. All have fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and attention to detail. Each room has a flat screen LCD TV with remote control and Freeview facility for extra channels. Some of our TVs also have a DVD player. There are tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks available in every room. While you stay you can also enjoy free Wi-Fi.

Enjoy a tasty breakfast when you stay with us

Due to COVID restrictions our Breakfast is available as early as you need up to 10am. There will be a continental style self serve area for breakfast with a wide range of cereals, fruits, yogurts, cereal bars, porridge, and variety of teas and coffees. We also have selection of breads including gluten free on request.

Breakfast is served in our riverside dining room between 7:30am and 8:30am. We aim to give you good food, simply prepared to start your day.

Vegetarian, vegan or gluten/dairy intolerant diets are easily catered for.

We only use good quality fresh produce, the majority of which is Scottish and as local as possible. We are members of the Green Tourism scheme, meaning we are committed to reducing food wastage.
